Product Requirements
Individual
a) Two passport Photographs.
b) Identification of the account holder in the form of a valid National ID Card, valid International passport or valid National Driving License.
c) Account opening forms duly completed.
d) Two duly completed signature cards.
e) Minimum account opening deposit (i.e. cash) as applicable.
f) In case of salary accounts, letter of introduction from the employer will be required in addition to the requirements above.
g) Receipts/evidence of payment of water rates, electricity bills or telephone bills, for the preceding 3 months
Clubs, Societies or Other Associations.es
a) Two Passport photographs of each of the signatories.
b) Identification of the signatories in the form of a valid National ID Card, valid International passport or valid National Driving License.
c) Account opening forms duly completed.
d) One duly completed signature cards.
e) A certified copy of the Rules/Bye Laws/Constitution of the Club/Society/Association will be obtained and kept with the Account Opening Form.
f) A certified copy of the Resolution of the governing body of the Club/Society/Association appointing UnityBank Plc as its bankers and laying down the mode of operation of the account (i.e. by Chairman and Secretary or Chairman and one Committee member) will be obtained and filed with the Account Opening Form.
g) A certified list of office bearers of the Club/Society/Association will be obtained and kept in the customers’ mandate file.
h) Receipts/evidence of payment of water rates, electricity bills or telephone bills for the preceding 3 months.
