Fixed Assets Acquisition Loan (UNITYPAYS) is aimed at enabling individuals access credit facilities to fill the financing gap that usually arise between receipt of income and expenditure. It is essentially designed for the purchase of durable consumer fixed assets. UFAAL is designed to empower consumers, who are willing and capable of leveraging on the income stream from their employment to purchase durable goods that will enable them face the future with confidence.

Electrical/Electronics Appliances such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Washing Machine, Photocopy Machine etc.

It will not be limited to the above items, as funds would also be made available to buy other household items, while the pay back will be with premium under convenient terms and conditions.
Product Features
The Product will enable customers finance the purchase of fixed assets.
Applicants are required to contribute a minimum 20% of the price of the assets being purchased
Monthly installment must not be more than 33.33% of monthly income.
Collateral will be assets being financed or any other acceptable security
Tenor:
i) Household items: Up to 24 months
ii) Motor Vehicle (New): Up to 48 months
iii) Motor Vehicle (Old): Up to 24 months
The Bank reserves the right to carryout periodic inspection on the asset financed.
